The bread knife features a granton edge (non-stick scallops) to help release thin slices and sticky food.

Long blade accomodates all kind of loafs. Designed for a perfect balance and ideal weight.
High carbon japanese stainless steel (HRC 54 -56) holds edge well for kichen use and can be sharpened on sharpening steel.
Handmade, custom handle.
